                                           Interview Process 

  1. An email will be sent to successful candidates to arrange a phone screening
  2. A 60 min phone screen with a member of our team to validate the fitment for the role
  3. A 60 minute technical interview with a Manager, Director or a Principal on the team. we need to know who you are and would like to have you share your experience with us followed by a technical assignment to test your ways of working alignment within our team 
  4. A final interview which will consist of critical thinking exercises and further a discussion with the Principals/  Partners in the company on why you are the best fit for the role
  5. A decision is communicated, and if successful, an offer is extended to the rightful candidate 
  6. Background and  Reference checks are performed 
  7. The Successful Candidate is onboarded and access provisioned to the company systems for smooth immersion in the workflow for relevant projects
