Interview Process Guidelines

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. Apply Via the Job Postings Below and let’s start a conversation about how your talents can align with our exciting opportunities. If you are chosen to move forward, our interview process follows this sequence:                                           

  1. Successful candidates will receive an email to schedule a phone screening round 
  2. A 30 minute phone screen with a member of our team to assess your fitment for the role
  3. A 60 minute technical interview (video conference)  with a Manager, Director or Principal on the team. You’ll share your background and experiences, followed by a case study assessment to evaluate your skillset and alignment on ways of working in the AI Era. 
  4. A final round interview consisting of group discussion and critical thinking exercises with our Leadership Team to assess team fit and problem-solving abilities 
  5. Our team will review feedback and make a finalized decision. If successful, an official offer will be extended
  6. Background and reference checks are conducted by our trusted screening partners and agencies
  7. The successful candidate will be onboarded and granted access to tools provisioned to the company systems for a seamless integration into workflows into active projects  
Please ensure you are well-prepared for your interview ahead of time. Ensure your camera is on and that you have a working microphone. Find a quiet, private, well-lit space with a stable internet connection to minimize distractions during the interview.  Most of our interviews are conducted with Camera On Mode during evaluation stages so it is recommended to dress appropriately in business casuals  during the discussions.
