After Hours and Weekend Support: Critical issues only ( Message on company Slack Channel #helpdesk or use email with subject “URGENT or Attention Needed”)

Include the following:
Your full name
- Cellphone Number
- Official Email
- Your department & location
Description of the issue with the screenshot attached to the ticket
Steps taken already to address the issue (if applicable)
Any screenshots or error messages
Device type (e.g., Windows laptop, MacBook, mobile phone etc )
