1.  Helpdesk Coverage Areas 

The Helpdesk is your first point of contact for:

  • Hardware or software issues

  • Email or system access problems

  • Network connectivity

  • Application errors

  • Device setups or replacements

  • Security-related concerns

  • Any type of Cybersecurity Issues

Support Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (local time)
After Hours and Weekend Support: Critical issues only ( Message on company Slack Channel #helpdesk or use email with subject “URGENT or Attention Needed”)  


3. Submitting a Ticket (Email or Portal)

Include the following:

  • Your full name

  • Cellphone Number
  • Official Email
  • Your department & location
  • Description of the issue with the screenshot attached to the ticket 

  • Steps taken already to address the issue (if applicable) 

  • Any screenshots or error messages

  • Device type (e.g., Windows laptop, MacBook, mobile phone etc )
